Got this to replace an older mixer tap and am so pleased I did. It looks lovely and performs well and isn't too big like some of the others. Love the fact you can have a spray jet - perfect for washing fruit and vegetables.
Only slight criticism is that it is a bit stiff to release from its grip but I'm sure that will get better with time.
Got to say Plumbworld were good to deal with too.

Had this fitted in my old house and it was brilliant. Durable but nice looking and no "weak spots" where you'd expect it to break. Good low and bristan customer service is always good if something doesn't work as it should. When I ordered the spray wouldn't switch back and forth to the jet so bristan just posted me a new one and it screws off easily to change it. Highly recommended tap.

We are extending our kitchen and I’ve always wanted a pull out tap. As this was a well known quality brand and, one of the best I’ve seen,(not too big and a good catch) I looked around for the best price and found it at Plumbworld. Delivery was quick and efficient and whilst the new kitchen hasn’t been installed yet I’m sure it’s going to be just what I wanted.

The mixer was despatched promptly well packaged. Fairly easy to fit as already assembled. Some stiffness developed early on in the flow valve, which was soon rectified by a new cartridge provided at cost by Plumbworld and fitted without difficulty. The free replacement cartridge under warranty is still awaited from Bristan, delayed by Lockdown.

Bought in haste without doing any research ( unlike me ) but had visitors arriving and old tap had broken - hubby fitted it very easily and wow - what a high quality piece of kit this is - totally in love with it - I’m so glad our old tap broke so now we have this beauty - top quality for sure - looks amazing !!

Bought 2 of these and, now that we're finally back in our house, I can say they're not just good looking, they're great to use too.
Only down side is that the 'hose' is a little stiff to release from its catch - but the flexibility and the spray option more than make up for this small niggle.

My first impression was that the tap felt of a lesser quality than anticipated but it proved me very wrong as soon as I started using it. The button to switch between shower/normal flow is very easy to use, I am quite happy with it.

It's a great tap, fully functional as expected. Looks good too.
Do check the size though as it is rather large and won't fit in small sinks.
