The outer packaging used by Plumbworld was superb but the product arrived damaged and that can only have been caused prior to being put in the outer package.
I was slightly concerned that although I inspected the product on arrival, it looked perfect when I opened the box. However, when I came to install it a week later I lifted it out of the box and found the toilet damaged.
No need to fear, Plumbworld were very apologetic and sent a replacement the next day. Great service!

Unable to get bathroom fitted yet due to covid but looking forward to getting it modernised very soon. Unfortunately the cistern was badly smashed on delivery but the service was absolutely brilliant from Plumbword & they had a replacement delivered the following day, which we thought was incredible. The rimless toilet isnt quite how I expected as there is a partial rim of sorts around it but I think it will be easier to clean it once fitted. Looking forward to modernising my bathroom.
