Excellent Service -Premium Poduct - Superb Price!!

Pros: Everything was good - the price - the quality of the product and way that my order was handled all the way through to delivery!!

Cons: NONE!!

After trawling the internet for a bathroom/timer extractor I found myself on the Plumbworld web site
which offered huge range of products.
I purchased an Expelair extractor with timer at an unbelievable price and my order was tracked all the way through to delivery by First Class Mail.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Plumbworld to all my contacts as service was TOP CLASS!!

Best customer service

Pros: everything, looks, price, easy to fit

Cons: none

although i have searched the net for the best deal and found it with your company, best of all is the after sale service i have had. The customer service was very keen to know if they did deliver not only the goods but the best service and this is rare these days, in fact if some of your quality service was to run BT i would not be chasing them twice or three times a week and end up speaking with someone ten thousand miles away from the UK !!

Xpelair DX100T Extractor fan

This is a good product as it is effective with low noise. The timer is factory set at abour 15 or 20 minutes and may need adjusting.

The delivery was speedy and the unit was easy to install. It is now fully operational and it operates in a quiet efficient manner. The over-run period was easy to adjust but a start delay could be considered, as a short visit during darkness inevitably initiates a full operational cycle for the fan.
