Pros: I am glad I chose the satin & chrome., I cannot mention the fitting as of this was done by the plumber.

I was delighted with the electric shower.
It was great value.

Triton T80Z
Pros: Nice looks and easy installation.
Cons: Outer casing is plastic and so is a fraction flimsy. Make sure you install tight up against the wall and get a good sealent.
Very easy to install, especially with You Tube demo on Plumbworld website. Model has some slight modifications since video was shot although this didn't cause too much confusion.

Customer Service
The shower arrived with one very smalll part missing. We contacted customer service who contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement part to be dispatched. It arrived within days and was fitted. We are delighted with the shower unit and even more delighted with the excellent customer service we received from plumbworld. Triton Shower T80
I specifically asked my plumber to install a chrome electric shower. He turned up with a white plastic effort that would have done nothing to enhance my bathroom had I allowed him to install it! Instead, I trawled the internet, found your website, which was extremely comprehensive and user friendly, and chose the Triton T80 satin chrome shower which has turned out to be not only effective but an attractive addition to my bathroom. Your service was quick and efficient and I am delighted with your product.
