WC seat
This seat was a replacement for one which didn't fit properly. Plumbworld replaced the seat immediately, it arrived the next day and the after sales and customer service are the best I've experienced. It's rare to find a company (particularly on-line) who will deal with issues so quickly and efficiently. Well done and many thanks

Problems with Soft close seat
The soft close seat in combination with the short projection toilet(PWTA0359) does not stay up making it in covenient for male users.

good service good product
after trying to get a soft close seat from the place where i bought the suite a year ago theyw ere totally unhelpful, went to this site found what i thought i wanted , asked a technical question which was answered within hours and then ordered and had delivered, exactly when they said they would a good quality product ideal for the job, great communication and customer service, and thsats from a senior manager in the service sector so praise indeed well done in all points..

A nice pice of 'kit' does exactly 'what it says on the tin' nice smooth uncomplicated action well worth the money and the wife likes it which is a bonus
