WC seat
This seat was a replacement for one which didn't fit properly. Plumbworld replaced the seat immediately, it arrived the next day and the after sales and customer service are the best I've experienced. It's rare to find a company (particularly on-line) who will deal with issues so quickly and efficiently. Well done and many thanks

Problems with Soft close seat
The soft close seat in combination with the short projection toilet(PWTA0359) does not stay up making it in covenient for male users.
