I would just like to write a short note to express my total satisfaction with recent dealings with Plumbworld. All the orders I placed (1 wrongly) were dealt with speedily and professionally, the quality of the items was beyond question and definitely as described on the web pages. Even the order that I made a mistake on was taken back with the minimum of inconvenience to me and I find today that my refund has been processed, excellent. It happens so many times these days that the service given is not the service you thought you would get. I am delighted to say that Plumbworld is everything you could possibly expect. Credit to your team, you all should be justly proud. I won't hesitate to endorse your company with my friends and colleagues in the future. Needless to say, I won't be shopping anywhere else either.
