just what the doctor ordered!

Pros: easy to put up, and very well made. hopefully will last for a good number of years.

Cons: there were none.

i went to a great number of stores looking for this item, and was always told that it was not available. i then went online and immediately saw it. placed order, and received it as promised, put it up in the shower, and GREAT! exactly what was described.

Pros: excellent customer service, inexpensive, well-made product

We are very pleased with our shower bracket, we are renting our house and are pleased to find this is, stylistically, an ideal match for the Edwardian/Victorian style bath taps and fixtures which our landlord has installed. It arrived very swiftly after ordering, well packaged, with simple instructions and the screw etc. needed to install it. It was very easy to put up, and, despite our showerhead being unusually heavy, functions perfectly in terms of rotation/mobility.

Just the ticket (well a shower bracket actually!)

Pros: easy to install, solidly made, style

What can I say? Took me 5 minutes to find this bracket on the site, at least 25% cheaper than my local "quality" outlet (and that's with postage costs included!). Arrived in 2 days, a nice looking product and that chrome looks FAB with my new trndy shower head... Easy to install even I could do it; that is if my partner would let me have the drill back.

So just have to say good quality product, fast delivery, much cheaper prices and the follow up I really liked. Nice to know some companies still care enough about their customers and their reputation to ask what you think of them!
