What can I say other than "Bl**dy Well Done". I am frankly amazed at the response I have received from your company and the original fact that you are the cheapest supplier I could find both locally and on the internet! I would have been happy indeed only to have saved my disabled in-laws £30 on the cost of their new shower, but to have it delivered within 48 working hours of ordering it, and to have had 3 thoroughly helpful and rapid responses to my email invoice attachment problem, that's brilliance indeed! You have restored my faith in good customer support and good company practice. Thank you and please pass on my thanks to your employees. They are obviously a great team! I'm a computer network engineer for the mobile phone company O***** who try very hard to achieve the level and quality of customer support which you have amply demonstrated. I know how hard this is, especially in todays very fast moving, cut-throat marketplace.
