I'm generally pleased with my purchase. Very easy to buy with excellent value and quality. Delivery too was fast and trouble free.
My one concern relates to connecting the strainer wastes to the existing waste pipes. The pipe diameter and thread of the strainer waste do not conform to the standard 40 mm system. I trawled around the local DIY store and Plumb Centre to try to find a compatible fitting, to no avail.
Luckily a very helpful chap at the local builders merchant directed me to the FRANKE Spazio 2 plumbing kit. This kit works wonderfully and provides all the waste connections that might ever be needed under the sink.
I recommend Plumworld stock and promote these items as part of the sink purchasing process.

Cracking good value

Pros: Easy fitting...looks great

Cons: None unless you are REALLY picky like me!

Very well packed and a nice piece of kit. Everything that should be there was there. All great. If I had one negative comment, the little circular tap hole filler sits unnecessarily proud of the sink and so looks, and is a bit obtrusive. otherwise... great!

Pros: looks good, well build, practical well priced

Very good looking, nicely priced and very pratical product. The stainless steel has a nice finish to it and it looks good now its installed, sink could be abit bigger but as i don't use it that often i can live with it also it has a large draining surface. The delivery was quick and the product arrived at exactly the time i arranged with the couirers. Very Happy all round.

Great sink - arrived quickly - looks great

Pros: It came as described via Yodel who were really excellent at keeping me up to date with when the parcel would be delivered, and follow up afterwards. , The customer services person at Plumbworld (Claire) was great too and really helpful., The sink looks great and was easy to fit.

Cons: n/a

I received this item on next day delivery when I was struggling to find one that was in stock and could quickly be delivered. I was having my kitchen fitted the following week so I needed it asap!

Pros: cheap and but very cheerful

Cons: thin-gauge steel means mixer tap will wobble a bit

For the money, this sink offers excellent value and comes with good quality waste components and fixing brackets.

Quick Delivery, exactly as described and very good quality. Complimented on quality of sink by the Plummer who fitted it. Got the whole job done including professional fitting for less than the price of a lower quality sink from the big DIY stores.

Pleased overall with purchase

Although the literature states that this Sauber sink is made entirely of T304 stainless,the main & the half bowl are (as the info also states) not simply pressed from a single piece of stainless,which can make the bowl corners very thin,but separate entities welded to the sink body for rigidity.However, a quick test with a magnet would seem to indicate that the welded-in bowls are of an inferior grade of stainless as the magnet sticks to the bowls like they were ferrous metal but doesn't stick at all to the main part of the sink unit.
With this in mind i still like the look of the sink overall & fitting was fairly simple.The only other caveat i would add is that i would recommend anyone fitting this sink to purchase the Lira Spazio 2 kit also which has all the pipework & bits required to make a neat,leak-free connection to the main waste pipe.
