Monument Pop Up Waste Tool
This pop up waste tool from Monument is used for the often frustrating task of trying to hold a pop up waste in the correct position when you installing one into a sink, bath or bidet. It is a strong and zinc plated tool that's made up of two spring steel blades.
How does a pop up waste tool work?
The tool uses two spring steel blades that can fit into the holes or slots that are on the outside of a slotted pop up waste (also known as 'circumferential slots'). Their job is to hold the pop up waste in place while you work on tightening or loosening the lock or back nut. Once the slots are lined up with the overflow the tool will help you keep it in place while you tighten the lock nut.
It's a simple way of resealing or replacing pop up wastes without having to go through the big job of removing baths, basins, bidets, or pedestals.
