Wouldnt buy anything else !
Pros: Very hard working and great quality at a reasonable price.
This is our 3rd Mira event over 25yrs. In our house works very hard with 3 lads all playing sport and needing at least 1 shower per day. Wouldn't buy anything else

Mira Event XS Manual Power Shower
Pros: Robust and attractive design.
Cons: the soap tray is not incorporated on to the shower bar, but needs attaching to the wall.
We bought this Mira Event XS Manual Power Shower to replace an existing shower whose motor had burned out. I found it easy to install with excellent instructions. It is of an attractive design and very robust ideal for family use.

Replacement Showr
Pros: Fitted where the old shower was taken away without need to retile.
Great Shower, does everything it says in the blurb. Replacement for an old Mira Shower that was worn out. Fast delivery from Plumbworld. Fitted all the same pipes that were already installed.

noisy but nice
I wanted a shower with power not a shower that needed a power station to run it.
This system answered all the questions, is a joy to use and was straight forward to fit, following the usual excellent documentation from Mira.
Clearly their is a significant and very important - not very well advertised- requirement for this device, you must mount it to a solid wall and follow the mounting instruction.DO NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FIX THIS DEVICE TO A PLASTERBOARD STUDDED TYPE WALL!!!!
If you do the vibration and noise is totally unacceptable.
Even mounted correctly the noise created by this device is uncomfortable especially when you are standing next to it, offset by the excellent showering experience and immediate temperature control.
Mira, well done, but please I want the same without the noise if you have such a device please let me know.
