Pros: The installation was so easy and the shower is more effective than the earlier model.
Cons: I prefer the older shower head riser which was tubular and I feel eaier to clean.
When my original Mira Advance power shower finally expired after at least ten years use. I needed a replacement and chose the new Advance ATL. The exchange was simplicity itself as no physical alterations were required to the existing plumbing and electrical connections. The new shower is more powerful than the older model and is completly satisfactory.
Pros: Reliable, easy to use
Cons: Needed to commission it to the highest temperature setting to get it warm enough
After about 10 years of use we needed to replace our old shower. Plumbworld had the best price and good reviews so it was an easy decision and the shower arrived very quickly. My husband and I fitted it ourselves without hitch since it matched with the old template and also got the pole fitted using the same holes. Stress-free Sunday!
Pros: More streamlined design in comparison with 2001 model
Cons: Casing needed trimming to accept plumbing
Good product. Very easy to fit. Same connections as previous model.
Pros: Easy to use and very steady temperature
Cons: None (though make sure you have the appropriate heavier duty wiring if you get the 9.8 Kw version which this review refers to)
A very good shower with excellent temperature control
Pros: Easy to use shower
Cons: Difficult to install. It is no longer available in gold finish.
A nice looking efficient shower.
Pros: Value for money with great quality
Cons: None as of yet
Shower unit is excellent value for money and looks great. Product delivered on time, overall fully recommend
Pros: Easy to install. Good power. great shower.
Cons: None so far
Great shower. Easy to install - perhaps a bit pricey compared to others but very reliable
Pros: Thermostatically controlled means constant temperature regardless of other water users in the house.
Cons: None other than more expensive than other makes but I think this is reflected in the quality.
I bought this shower to replace an older version of the same model which had lasted without problems for approx. 15 years. I liked the fact that the fittings and profile were exactly the same so it was a straight replacement no need tt drill any new holes in the wall etc. and no changes needed to existing plumbing or wiring. Having had such great service form the previous model looking forward to the same from this one.
