Pros: Easy to fit , Everything was there, no missing bits
The product was exactly what it said on the pack. All parts fitted perfectly, and the useful instructions included were easy to follow. The shower worked perfectly, like new, after the parts were fitted.

Excellent service

I bought a Mira 8 Service Pack and it does exactly what it says on the label. All the bits are included together with a cut-away diagram of the whole installation.
The product was delivered promptly and in good condition.

Pros: Helpful detailed notes about variations.
Cons: No-one mentions size of big nut - its 1 inch AF !
Just used Mira 8 service kit - all parts in pack, exploded diagram and notes on variations quite clear - solved the problem, made my shower work properly again. Excellent service. Thanks for being there.

Best little Shower Valve repair kit . . . . .
Does just what you expect it to, just half an hour or so of your time and the leaking shower valve is leaking no more and will give stirling service for at least 3 years . . . . .

Mira 8 service kit
Well, what can I say....this stupendous Mira 8 shower service kit seemed to be made for the job !
Never have I had O-rings and washers fit more perfectly into into a shower..could it be that the Mira 8 shower service kit was made precisely to fit into the Mira 8 shower that I was striving to stop dripping all over the floor ?
It certainly seemed like that to me, how those people at Mira do I just do not know....they even included a little sachet of lubricant to facillitate the fitting of the O-ring seals, it would be churlish of me to mention that the little sachet of lubricant was dried up and totally useless..so I won't.
The job went along swimmingly..and I must say, I was really glad that I was working in the bathroom at the time, I was able to use some of the loo roll to staunch the blood flowing from my fingers which I had accidently stabbed with the tiny screwdriver I was using to prise out the old O-ring seals...
Getting the blood out of the white, deep pile bathroom carpet required a lot more effort though...but perhaps we should discuss that another time.......
All in all....a useful little item if you ever want to service a Mira 8 shower.
Finally, a useful tip for all the plumbers out there...always carry plasters, bandages and carpet cleaner with you.
