First time - great
Pros: Technical service brilliant
Cons: Fitting instructions could be improved as I had to use customer service to find out how to adjust the overrun time
Always apprehensive when selecting a replacement item from a catalogue particularly a different manufacturer.However, got it right. Very pleased with the product Had to use customer service when installing and received a brilliant and fast response. Would do it again.

Great fan
Pros: Great fan
Cons: Nothing so far
Bought this fan as the one fitted in my en suite had gone faulty again, after a couple of minutes on the Internet this product located at a great price.
So good I bought two for the price of one at B&Q and they were delivered a couple of days later.
Easy to install and quiter than the old one.
Now if it keeps working longer than the original then what a bargain so far so good.

Good appearance, quiet in operation. Timer not adjustable but this is not a problem. One fixing screw badly finished and unusable.
