Pros: excellent service
We are very impressed with the aftersales service. Excellent - My husband lost the grub screw to finish off putting the mirror together and I emailed you and within a day had a reply and replacements were sent but were the wrong size. After offering to pay for postage back to you for returning these you said not to worry and then was able to send the correct screw. The only stipulation was that should we need a bath in the future to use you as first choice! Well done Plumb World. We are so grateful.

Reversible bathroom mirror
This was a really low price but unfortunately it reflects in the quality. The mirror is fine but all of the joints on the extenting arms are very loose and wobbly. There is no option to tighten them and i feel a little concerned each time i pull out the mirror that its going to eventually come apart.

Great Product
Quality mirror bought to replace a similar (but much more expensive) item which I had accidentally cracked. I was even able to use the existing screw holes as they were exactly the same distance apart!
Parcel arrived very soon quickly after it was ordered and was extremely well packaged. All in all very good service.

Needed a bathroom mirror - went online - ordered what looked like the best buy - very pleased with result: real value for money though had to buy sight unseen. Thanks. Also very prompt delivery.
