Good Choice
A straight replacement from a 17yr old model. No major problems for switching over. Excellent service and within 48hrs. Keep up the good work Plumbworld!

So good the first time, I bought another!
Pros: Easy to fit. , Last one lasted over 10 years.
Cons: Quite noisy
The item was a like for like exchange and was fitted with no problems. I am pleased with it's performance.

Works well - easy to fit
I was replacing a similar 10 yr old model that had given up the ghost. Unlike some of the other reviews I read before buying this disposal unit connections to existing pipework where no problem. A UK fitting was supplied.
Its a great unit - works as described.
Ordered and delivered the next working day. Good communication from Plumbworld.

Good choice
This was a direct replacement for the same model I had installed 9 years ago. The outlet fittings had changed slightly in the meantime, but it didn't take long to figure out and everything was installed and running within 30 minutes. Now I reckon I can forget it for another 9 years. Ordering and delivery all proceeded without problems.

Very good value
Installed and works very well. One small problem was the 40mm waste pipe connection was very tight to fit the WD outlet. Used vaseline that solved the problem.

insinkerator 55
straight replacement for old Badger model. No major problems switching over. Seems stronger than predecessor which corroded at 11years causing leakage. Good servide from Plumbworld Good price and even Saturday delivery not too pricely.

Pros: easy to fit
Cons: strange size waste outlet
The Insinkerator is easy to fit and and works well. The waste was a little more fiddly as the waste size is not the usual 32mm or 40mm. It is a 38.1 mm. I had to find a pipe to fit and then increase it to my 40mm waste. Got there in the end and it is worth it.

Great service during & following Purchase
Very pleased with the overall service received. I particularly liked the Goods tracking system where one is able to follow the item being dispatched to the planned delivery date.
Really customer care service with several follow up e-mails to determine if one was satisfied with the purchase. I would most definately reccomend this supplier to my friends.
