Hi my name is Steve Johnson and I am a director of a property development company and I recently had an order from Plumbworld. I ordered the shower tower and 900 quadrant combo pack, I think it was around £375. Once installed it looked fabulous, the shower tower really helped sell the property that we were dealing with at that time and everybody was impressed that looked around, we must have had a dozen people that said that whole shower kit looked great. Combined with everything else, especially the cost it really made for a successful bathroom. The rest of the kit in the bathroom was also from Plumbworld and it worked out a lot cheaper than ordering it from other websites. Really please and will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Not only have your prices been the most competitive I could find on the net but your customer service and support is second to none. My partner & myself have been renovating our house since April and I have used the internet for most of my materials and appliances with many different companies. Needless to say, for the most part, it has been incredibly frustrating - with the exception of your company! Each time we have ordered from your website (which incidentally is very straightforward to navigate and source goods easily and quickly) we have been kept informed of delivery and the status of our order. I have never had to chase a single item, indeed, I have been amazed to receive my goods the next day. If only all companies selling via the internet were so efficient.
