I would just like to say what a pleasure it was ordering from your site and company. Not only was I informed every step of the way regarding the status of my order, but you have continued to check that things are ok. You seem to have your contact strategy spot on. I was never left wondering what was happening, because you had already told me! Whilst I am yet to fit the taps I ordered, I was extremely impressed with the value of the products, as well as the speed with which they were dispatched. I would like many other companies to take a leaf from Plumbworld's book when it comes to customer service. I will not hesitate to use Plumbworld again in the future, I know without a doubt that the price will be good, and if you keep up as you are presently, the service will not disappoint either.
