Answers:

1. - Do you have a showroom?

www.plumbworld.co.uk is able to offer highly competitive prices by being an internet based retailer only. By not having showrooms we reduce the running costs of the business and pass the savings onto our customers.

 

2. - Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for customers to collect their orders. We achieve great efficiencies through automating the processes throughout the business which delivers great value for money and great customer service. This does, however, mean that it is not possible to collect your order from our warehouse.

 

3. - What is the standard delivery time?

Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered and where you live. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to either stock levels or other unforeseen reasons this can be delayed.  We do show up to date stock information for each product on our website. Once you have placed an order you will be kept fully updated on the progress of your order and will be provided with a tracking link which will allow you to see the most up to date information about where your order is.

 

4. - Do you have an item in stock?

We do show up to date stock information for each product on our website. This information can be found under the add to basket button.

 

5. - How much is delivery?

Delivery costs will vary depending on what you order and where you would like them delivered to. The standard cost for a small parcel to a UK mainland address is £3.97, the standard cost for a bulky item to a UK mainland address is £29.97.

 

6. - Do you have a telephone number I can call you on?

We do now offer support by telephone. Please give us a call on 01490 266050 with any enquiries, our telephone lines are open between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, Sat 9am - 5pm and Sun 11am - 5pm. If you would like to contact us by email please use customerservices@plumbworld.co.uk We aim to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours. 

 

7. - How do I return an item?

8. - Do you offer any coupons or vouchers?

We do occasionally have a promotion that involves a coupon or voucher. Click this link to our home page where you will find details of any current vouchers that are available. There is a specific field on our checkout to enter the details for any coupons or vouchers we offer.

 

9. - Where is my order?

We keep you fully updated via e-mail on the progress of your order. However, you can also track your order via our website. Please see the following link - Track Your Order.

 

10. - What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?

If you have ordered the wrong item or an item that doesn't fit it is down to you to return the item to us. However, we would draw your attention to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) that require you as the consumer to have honoured your duty of care for the products within the cancellation period. 11. - Can you send me a brochure?

Because our range of products and prices is constantly being updated, it proved impractical to offer a printed brochure as it would be out of date as soon as it is printed. You can see our up to date product range on our website, each of our products has a photograph and description on the website.

 

12. - How do I cancel an order?

You will need to e-mail us on cancel@plumbworld.co.uk. You will need to include the order number and your full name and address in the email. You will receive a cancellation number to confirm that your order has been cancelled. If you do not have a cancellation number then the order has not been cancelled.

 

13. - Where can I find dimensions for a product?

Where applicable we aim to show dimensions for all products we offer. If dimensions are available for a product they will be found under the 'Technical' tab on the specific product page.

 

14. - What is the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation (WEEE)?

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) is the European Community directive on waste electrical and electronic equipment which, together with the RoHS Directive, became European Law in February 2003, setting collection, recycling and recovery targets for all types of electrical goods.
