I am delighted to have dealt with your company and found the level of service outstanding. Having ordered the wrong model shower (personal incompetence) Denise Butters was absolutely terrific in sorting out the problem. It's probably politically incorrect but give her a well deserved pat on the back! How rare, and nice, it was to have a christian and surname given; much more precise that having to ask ...(XXX). As a retired Retailer I know how difficult it is to get the right staff (and keep them) : your operation is a model of all things good from a customer's perspective and it throws down the gauntlet to High Street Retailers.Thanks again.
