May I thank you for the promptness in dispatching the tap and ancillaries as requested. I cannot fault the product but more than that I cannot fault the follow up service offered by your company. Your concerns regarding suitability and customer satisfaction exceeds anything I have had from anywhere before this. I am slowly but surely modernising parts of my house and I realize that I am only a small customer to you. However, I cannot get over the fact that I have been treated by your company as if I had placed an order worth millions. Small fry I am but as I progress I will be ordering from you as and when the need arises. May I thank you most sincerely for being a caring company.
