When you place your order, you may have the option to upgrade to a specified form of handling and delivery. If any upgrades are available you will find them in the drop down box marked 'delivery options'. We currently offer the following delivery upgrade options:
For orders placed before 3.00pm on a working day, Express Handling ensures that the item(s) will be picked ahead of other orders and dispatched the same day. For the majority of mainland UK locations, this means that it will be delivered the next working day.
For orders placed on non-working days (weekends and bank holidays), or after 3.00pm on a working day, Express Handling ensures that the item(s) will be given priority and dispatched on the following working day on the upgraded carrier service.
Next Day Express is available on Small and Medium Products which are held in stock at our Evesham distribution centre.
To keep our cost to you as low as possible the standard Pallet Deliveries are made by a single driver, who will not be able to move large items on his own. They will deliver your order on a pallet to the outside of your address and for heavy and bulky items, this means that someone will need to be available to help the driver unload and move your goods.
If this isn't practical, you can upgrade to our Assisted Large Item Delivery Service which means that your order will be delivered by a two-person team who can unload and move your goods without your help. They will also unpack the items, move them to wherever you require within your property and remove all unwanted packaging materials.
If an upgraded service is not selected then your order will be shipped on our Weekday Standard Delivery Service, available for Small and Medium deliveries and any Large Item Deliveries will be shipped our Single Man Weekday Delivery Service.
