Ordered complete toilet - was very good value for money arrived brillinatly packaged & on a next day delivery. Works perfectly - what more can you say about a toilet??

Reliable Quality Product
Pros: Looks good and flushes very effectively each time.
Cons: Perhaps a self closing seat would have been welcome.
So many to choose from, but buying from a known good brand was worth the trouble as previous makes were not long lasting.

Excellent purchase
Following a disasterous leak from a cracked cistern on our previous WC unit a replacement had to be found. Enquiries on the web brought us to Plumbworld (thank goodness), and searching through the excellent site which was really easy to navigate, we found exactly what we required, The Ideal Standard Alto close coupled, dual flush system. Ordering and delivery were straight forward, and although not in stock at the time of our order, stock was soon available and the delivery was completed in a few days. Installation, carried out by our plumber was quick and the finished unit fits into our bathroom design, very well indeed.

Great Buy and very water efficient
Pros: good lines, quick fill, split push button for further efficiency, water efficient
Uses a small amount of water, but allways flushes well. can flush almost immediately after being used, so great if there are a few of you.
Looks great. good flowing modern lines. Internal overflow is a bonus as less pipework.
All in all a great buy
