Hi  is it possible to get the deep plinth for the shower tray on this cubicle as per the main picture?
Showing in the picture is the shower tray, we do not supply plinths as the tray does not have legs.

What size is the shower tray supplied with this enclosure?
The shower tray provided would be a 800 quadrant tray.

Please could you forward me the dimension from the corner wall line to the front centre edge of the shower tray as I need to see how far this stands out in the room.?
The dimensions for this would be 905 mm

Does the shower tray have adjustable legs?
No, we could not offer any riser rail pack that would be compatible with this tray

Do the doors have magnetic strips for closing?
Yes there should be one magnetic seal on each door

What is the radius of this enclosure?
The radius should be 550 mm

Can you confirm that the toughened glass in the enclosure it toughened to British Standards?
The glass would be tested to BS6206 class A

Please advise if there is a stone shower tray available with this model?
The tray is high quality slim line ABS capped stone resin

What guarantee is on this product?
The enclosure would have a 5 year warranty

Is this item compatible with other manufacturer’s quadrant trays?
The enclosure should have a radius of 550 mm as long as the tray had the same radius and size they would  be compatible

What is the opening of the enclosure once installed?
The door opening should be 460 mm

What is the height of this shower enclosure?
The height of the enclosure is 1850 mm, including the tray it would be 1895 mm

Please advise whether the Duo-cast tray supplied with the above enclosure is a stone resin tray?
Yes this tray is high quality slim line ABS capped stone resin

Do the doors open outwards or do they slide on rollers?
The enclosure would use wheels on the top and bottom of the enclosure

Where is the waste positioned on the tray included with this product?
The waste position should be in the centre of the arc, the waste cut out dimensions should be 90 mm. The tray dimensions can be found under the technical tab on the web page.
