The Brass Pump range is undoubtedly the ‘Rolls Royce’ of Grundfos shower pumps, designed and manufactured to the highest of standards. With brass impellers and machined brass stampings these pumps can be genuinely described as ‘Heavy Duty’, and each model offers high performance and durability. These continuously rated regenerative pumps are suited to domestic, commercial or light industrial use. Products within this range are fitted with long-life silicon carbide seals and anti-vibration feet keep the operating noise to a minimum. All brass pumps are supplied with stainless steel flexible hoses, and are covered by a comprehensive 2 years warranty. A brass pump will transform any compatible shower system into a really enjoyable and invigorating power shower.
The installation of a Surrey flange is recommended for pumps up to 3 bar pressure.

Grundfos Watermill Amazon 2.0 Bar Twin Impeller Positive Head Regenerative Brass Shower
Pros: easy fit push fit conectors, good build quality , very quite
Cons: comes withh 22mm connectors, takes a second to respond when turning on and off
replaced a leaking plastic pump. this is bit more expensive but looks realy good quality and robust hopefully it will last longer than the plastic body types.

Great Shower Pump!
Pros: Simple swap-over from previous installation. Price about the same as my original pump bought five years ago.
Cons: None so far!
I bought this shower pump to replace a very similar previous pump and it was a very straight forward swap-over. I live in a hard water area so these pumps tend to die after about five years. It arrived quickly so I was soon up and running again. Thanks Plumbworld.

Great booster
Pros: Pump very simply to fit. , Very quiet in operation.
Delivery was very timely and within days of ordering.
I picked this pump as I wanted to provide additional water supplies to 2 showers. One in the main bathroom and the other in the ensuite bathroom.
Installation instructions very clear.
I installed the pump in the airing cupboard next to the hot water cylinder, so the hot water inlet supply from the cylinder was easy to rig in 22mm copper pipe.
The cold supply came from the header tank above, via a straight run down the wall. The discharge pipes from the pump were vertically up to the loft space and over to the bathroom shower. I installed 2 off 22mm "tees" to branch off to the ensuite shower.
Cold to pump and hot and cold from pump all in 22mm speedfit piping.
This pump certainly makes a great difference to the showers as we now have "power showers" in both bathrooms.
I can most definitely recommend this to anyone seeking a similar solution to poor water flows/pressures.

Quality kit
Pros: Well made, very quiet running, great shower pressure.
Cons: Not entirely sure if this was from the pump or a connection but after it was fitted, for about a week after each use there was a very slight wetness under both impellers. I checked everything was tight, subsequently it stopped and is all dry now.
I wanted to change my old 1.5 bar salamander pump serving a single shower to an uprated pump to serve two showers. Having compared the specs; reviews and prices of various pumps I decided to go for the Grundfoss watermill Amazon 2 bar pump.
I was not disappointed, I could see immediately this pump was a well engineered piece of quality kit.
