The chrome finish on all GROHE products is only a fraction of microns thick. However what really matters is what’s underneath. At GROHE we plate sub layers of copper and nickel dependent on the surface to ensure that a totally non porous, perfect surface awaits the chrome layer which is around 500 times thinner than a human hair!

Outperforms
I have just bought this tap, the Minta, by Grohe, and am very impressed by it. It outperforms the Hans Grohe equivalent, which I had before, in every respect. I had the Hans Grohe for a number of years but the chrome started peeling off, revealing the plastic shell; also the extending hose developed kinks at an early stage and this impacted flow rates.
The design and build quality of the Grohe is just superior to the tap from Hans Grohe, which is a completely separate company.

Excellent Purchase!
Cons: european fittings so had to find new connectors
Tap is fantastic quality. It has a very smooth flow even on full with no splashing! It also looks beautiful. Very good value and the delivery was extremely fast with very good aftercare.

excellent monobloc tap replacement for our kitchen

An excellent quality tap which functions exactly as we hoped.One word of warning when fixing tap tp sink.Dont forget to fit the circlip when attaching the swan neck outlet tube,as this had appeared to click into place quite nicely until mains pressure pushed it back out when the tap was opened.!! I had an unexpected shower for my troubles,

Totally user friendly
Am in the middle of moving house (sadly as a result of a nasty, and unexpected divorce). Never expected to leave my home and it is a huge wrench. Want to leave everything in really good order for the new owner and had a leaky Borma kitchen tap for some time. Money is tight but buying a new tap seemed the best option and I wanted it to be good quality. Your website was really comprehensive, and price for the Grohe keen. Arrived next working day, which was unexpected, and all totally stress free for which I thank you as most else at the moment is far from it!
