Cold water often suffices when your plates or cutlery only need a brief rinse. However, normal single-lever mixers will dispense mixed hot/cold water when their lever is “parked” in the central position. Eurostyle Save lives up to its name in that it will release hot water only if and when the lever is deliberately turned to the left. This smart feature helps you save energy and money every time you open the tap.
