Quality purchase
Pros: excellent quality & looks
Cons: only for the competent diyer
I bought this tap for a small basin in a utility room, as I wanted a small tap with good looks and quality build.
I am aware of Grohe through the work that I do and know them to be a premium brand. The tap looks great installed and works smoothly and has a much better action than the heritage tap it replaced.
Unless you are competent with all aspects of plumbing I wouldn't recommend fitting it yourself. In my case, the PUW rod had to be cut and the tails weren't long enough to reach the existing water supplies. Also, the end fittings were different which required a reducer.
Please be aware that the tap does lean forward as shown in the photo and is not an optical illusion.

Splashing stopped!!!!
Pros: no more wet clothes
We had problems as our sink is very shallow, a couple of inches, and our taps were splashing water everywhere. Through necessity we had to buy aerated taps and these fit the bill. No more splashing of clothes - hurrah

Grohe eurosmart mixer tap
This mixer tap arrived in good time. It lived up to the description given on the website. The plumber had no problems in fixing it. I am delighted with the way it works - so much better than its predecessor, where the handles kept working loose every time the taps were turned off and on. I like the aerated flow of water and the very smooth and easy movement of the lever up and down and from right to left. Altogether it is a pleasure to use. My only slight doubt is that it seems hard to keep the finish shiny after only a few days usage.

Very good purchase
The tap is of a very high quality, no problem to fit although flexible tails would have been a better option. Neverthe less it has really smartened up our ensuite.

Excellent purchase
Pros: looks, quality
This tap is really good value for money. The action is very smooth, and the whole thing has a "quality" feel. My wife said it was a bit larger than she had imagined, so check the size carefully if that is critical.

Excellent Purchase
Pros: high quality
I wanted to buy a Grohe mixer tap for a new basin I was fitting in my bathroom. I was really pleased with the quality, looks and smooth functioning of the tap. The price was comparable with unbranded taps that you could buy in b&q. This was the cheapest price for this model of Grohe tap I could find.
This tap comes with 10mm copper pipes tails rather than flexible pipe tails . It wouldhave been easier to fit if this has come with flexible pipe tails. To fit I cut the 10mm copper pipes so they were shorter and then bought flexible pipe (compression type 10mm to 15mm) from B&Q.

No nonsense Mono Basin Mixer Tap
Pros: ease of use
If you want a basin mixer tap which looks the business and performs like a £150+ tap then this is it. Grohe's attention to quality is evident in all of their kit. This tap can be operated with a single finger and jets out a variable amount of water at the perfectly mixed temperature you decide. Buy it you can't go wrong.
