A good replacement
Pros: good looks

Bought as a replacement for the previous model. It was dispatched speedily and was easy to fix.

Good Zone 1 Extractor
This was purchased as a replacement for an existing fan which didn't meet the latest electrical regulations.
The ASX1000 is well manufactured despite its relatively low cost for an IPX4 mains fan suitable for location in zone 1 of a bathroom (above the bathtub in my case) The fan was easy to install using basic tools, with plenty of room around the wiring terminals. It's slightly noiser than my original one, although not disturbingly so, but this is offset by a higher extraction rate.
As the unit is low profile, it looks smart too.
