Good value, and a high quality product.

Pros: personal service

Having looked at wooden toilet seats in a number of large outlets we came to the conclusion that they were either overpriced, though of good quality, or under priced, but of poor quality, so we decided to look on the internet at a web site that I had seen as a banner on one of the discussion forums I visit. I placed an order, and the pre delivery information together with the delivery and follow up service was every bit as good if not better than the in store experience, where often these days you are met with un interested indifference by sales staff who really do not enjoy what they are doing. Can I say that I have already recommended you to a neighbour, and I have now placed your details in my favourites folder for any future plumbing requirements, and may I also add for the benefit of any readers of this review, I am the first to complain at poor service but am also a big believer in acknowledging good personal service when I receive it, and your follow up service after delivery, asking if I was satisfied with my transaction says it all about your company. Whoever says that personal, friendly and helpful service is not possible through a keyboard on the internet has not dealt with plumbworld!! Thanks you.
