The EP100 is a 5/2 or 7 day electronic time switch designed for single channelled applications. This time switch boasts 3 on/off switch periods, easy to read LCD display with back light, holiday & advance functions, indicator light and simple programming. A simple switch alternates the EP100 between 5/2 or 7 day programming.
The EP100 can be either surface mounted or flush switch box mounted. The standard Industry back plate provides ease of wiring. The back plate has holes to suit switch boxes and provision for surface wiring.
The EP100 is ideal for combi installations and also if the user has different heating needs from day to day. The EP100 can also be used as a zone control on larger systems. The EP100 comes with a factory preset programme but with its easy to use functions, setting the unit could not be simpler for the end user.

Good purchase
Very pleased with item. Installed the day after receiving it. Quite easy instructions to follow on setting the timings etc. Has been working well since and looks quite modern compared to the previous controller which is what was wanted following the installation of a new boiler.

Cons: doubts about 7 day program
I bought this unit to replace an old Randall electro-mechanical programmer. I wanted the extra flexibility and reliability that newer digital programmers offer. It is also a slim, attractive unit and it is available at a very reasonable price.
It was quick and easy to install myself, and works well.
I had just 1 problem - The 7 day programming option didn't work the way I expected. Mine seemed to work Monday - Friday and not on the week-end. I have switched to the 2+5 day programming option and that works just the way I expected: 1 set of times for week days and another for week-ends.
