Very good shower and excellent service from this site.

I bought this shower to replace a very similar one that had finally given up after about 6 years of daily use. The inner workings appear to be identical; only the casing was slightly different. I assume there have been some improvements though, as the shower itself seems more powerful even though they were both rated at 10.5kw. It's very simple to operate - one dial for temperature, which is quite sensitive, and an on-off switch. That's it really. The reason I've only given 4 stars for build quality is that the on-off button is slightly wobbly when pressed (the last one wasn't). That minor detail aside, if it performs as well as the last one I will be very pleased. The shower was delivered very promptly, well packaged, and followed up by good customer service emails. I have no complaints at all.

Very Happy With My Purchase
Pros: I know from previous experience that the customer care is good ( following a fault caused by yours truly!), Good looking product. Plumber had no problems with installing.
Cons: Hose on the short side but able to use longer one from old unit.
