Grateful for a great grater
This is a good solid waste disposal unit at a reasonable price relative to other manufacturers. I was replacing a unit that was at least 15 years old (not a Franke) so was delighted that it was not only easy to fit but all of the existing plumbing was aligned straight away. It is quite quiet considering it is grinding up vegetables - certainly not intrusive.
The only point to note is that the air switch tubing needs to be connected but not necessarily installed on your sink to allow the unit to be switched on/off from a switched power supply.
Delivery was extremely quick and PlumbWorld go out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
