I would like to thank you for the absolutely superb service I have just experienced from the company. I bought a towel heater at a very reasonable price, and the delivery was also very reasonable. What was so different with Plumbworld was the exceptionally good communications provided throughout the transaction. From feedback being posted once payment had been received (before you had even sent the goods!), to informing me of the Business Post tracking number, to it being delivered just a couple of days later. I need a new bathroom suite and as soon as I am in a position to buy one, I will not hesitate to buy from Plumbworld again. I would just like to write a short note to express my total satisfaction with recent dealings with Plumbworld. All the orders I placed (1 wrongly) were dealt with speedily and professionally, the quality of the items was beyond question and definitely as described on the web pages.

Many thanks for your great customer service. Everything about my order was just perfect. I placed the order via the net at 20.00 hrs on a Monday night and at 10 to 8 on the Wednesday morning, a courier was at my door delivering the new shower unit. It was fitted within the day!
Your online price was the best (by miles) and you also get the details right - online invoices, receipts, order confirmation and shipping details. Thanks again from a very satisfied customer.
