Corrosion Proof
All of the Commander disposers have grinding chambers made of glass filled nylon and glass filled polyester. Since corrosion is the number one cause of disposer failure, our use of space age materials eliminates this problem.

Removable Splash Guards
All continuous feed Commander disposers have removable splash guards. Splash guards become dirty with use and/or wear out. They must be cleaned or replaced periodically. Cleaning and replacement is easy with the Commander disposer because the splash guard can be removed from above the sink.

Faster Grind / More Torque
Commander disposers have RPM ratings of between 2,600 and 2,800. Other disposers using the old fashioned induction motor have RPMs of only 1,400. The faster Commander motors result in a shorter usage time, therefore consuming less water and electricity.
