Very happy with this beautiful little rad. It heats up, it no leak. Bathroom is a better place for it.
Pros: Element is cased in a stainless steel jacket, other elements I've fitted haven't been and do not last as long.
As advertised, slim, tidy product, works as expected.

easy to fit nice and simple Good looks give out lots of heat
Pros: great build quality, packed very safely
as with all my purchases from plumbworld, the merchants in my area can't beat the price and the quality of all the items I've had is sound as a pound. there follow up is second to none, they check all is well with your delivery after shipping.I have not had to use there returns as all my items have been faultless, will be shopping with them throughout 2013 and beyond
Pleased with the product, looks good, sensible price.
Pros: service, price and delivery were excellent.
Cons: no bad points.
having used plumbworld before and being very pleased with the sevice i decided to use again and found the sevice and prices excellent as before. I will certainly use Plumbworld again.
Pros: If you are quite practical minded it's easy to fit.
Cons: None with the product, the difficulty was because of the position of my radiator!
I have been asking for my towel radiator to be mended for about 2 yrs, I finally gave up asking and ordered the part myself.
Pros: Value for money. Simplicity.
Not all towell rail heating elements are the same! Two previously installed by a plumber have burned out and so I decided to do this replacement myself.
When I dismounted and flushed out the radiator I discovered why it had packed up. It was full of black gunge fom previous meltdowns from elements that, to me, were overpowered. The key, I am sure, is to use the lowest wattage element compatible with the size of the rad. Not only is it cheaper to run but you don't want a towell rail that scorches passing skin!
I have bought this bit of kit before from Plumbworld for another radiator and it has worked flawlessly for the last 5 years so I have good hopes it will be a repeat performance.
The build quality looks good for a no-frills piece of kit and the price is a third of many others on the market. Value for money? A definite 'yes.'
