We and our carriers take great care with the products you order and always do our best to ensure that they arrive in the condition that they left our warehouse. Regrettably, though, there will always be a few occasions when items are damaged in transit due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our terms and conditions normally require you to notify us of any damage in transit within seven days of taking delivery.
However, we appreciate that sometimes it may be impractical to open and inspect a delivery straight away, especially for large items that may not be used immediately or which require professional installation.
If you need longer, then you have the option of paying an additional insurance fee to extend the inspection time. You can choose from these options:
"Order value" means the total cost of the items in your order, excluding any coupon discounts, delivery and any other extras or upgrades.
