I just wanted to email and say a huge thank you for my bathroom supplies, which I received a couple of weeks ago. It can be daunting shopping through a website, especially when spending a lot of money on items that you have only seen via a computer image. I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced such professional and pleasant customer service, both before and after delivery. The quality of the products seems really good and I can't wait for them to be installed. I was also flabbergasted with the speed of delivery and when the delivery arrived earlier than anticipated, the courier kindly asked my neighbours to sign after contacting me by phone to check that was okay! I would heartily recommend Plumbworld to anyone - it was like dealing with friends rather than an anonymous website. Thank you so much, from a very happy customer.
