An Excellent Purchase
Pros: build quality, manoeuvrability of shower head holder, simple attractive style, variety of water jets
Cons: style of the shower column, variety of water jets
Being rounded in a way that is deceptively simple, the shower head and holder are aesthetically pleasing, and the shower head is comfortable to hold. Unfortunately the shower column does not match the simple, rounded design, but gives a weirdly solid appearance.
Attached to the shower column is a holder that certainly appears useful, but we have never been in a position to use it. Although shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel bottles all come in different shapes and sizes, so far none have been the perfect fit which is necessary for using the holder provided. However, it is easy enough to hang a holder of your choice from the shower column, and the provided holder is not a nuisance.
Holding the shower head is a holder which stays firmly in place, but is easily manoeuvrable to any height by just pressing and holding down a large button while changing the position of the holder.
Similarly, the water jets from the shower head can be adjusted to a variety of styles, from a weak outer ring with a middle blast, to a full, normal stream of water. While it is interesting to experiment with these different possibilities (which are illustrated with little pictures around the edge of the shower head), the only two that are ever actually used are the full, normal stream - for everyday showering - and the centred blast - for shifting stubborn bits of dirt in the bath. The remaining types of jets tend to just get in the way when changing between the two regularly used types.
Because it has lasted for several years already and shows potential for many more yet, and because it is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable to use, overall, this is an excellent product which I would recommend to all.

Excellent value for money
Pros: Easy to fit, works well, looks good and is value for money.
Cons: There are some plastic parts.
If we're defining quality as a product fit for for purpose and value for money then the item is a quality product. It also looks like a product that costs a lot more.

Excellent value for money
Pros: Excellent value for money, Well constructed
Cons: Not really a bad point - would have preferred a longer hose than the standard length supplied, so I may replace this bit of the kit.
This is a very acceptable shower kit, priced extremely competitively. Design is plain but then... who spends their time admiring chrome fittings? It does the job well - shower head has the usual range of spray options. It certainly looks as robust as more expensive comparable items. We decided to install this in a smart newly refurbished bathroom as the shower unit supplied with the bath had only a hook, not a rail. It looks as if it belongs - definitely recommended.

Very pleasantly surprised
Pros: Decent Quality , Easy to Fit, Good looking , Great Value
Cons: Instructions were lacking (may be challenging for a non-experienced DIYer)
Whilst the reviews from others were already very positive for this product, due to the very reasonable price, I retained some reservations.
However, when the product arrived (promptly delivered by Plumbworld), I was very impressed by the overall completeness and quality of the kit.
I had only planned to use the riser rail as my existing one had rusted away, but seeing that the shower hose and head in this kit turned out to be decent, I replaced the whole lot! I liked the fact that Plumbworld had recognised that customers may be using this kit for replacement purposes and have been very clear about dimensions, especially the exact distance between mount points.
