This product was exactly what I wanted which was not hard as the selection choice was huge. The website is simple to use and the delivery was prompt. The aftersales service was excellent (not that I needed it) just the fact that I was asked two or three times after the product was delivered if I was totally satisfied or not was welcome. Also being reminded that if I was not totally satisfied, that there was a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Happy with this seat fairly easy to fit although it didn't include the bungeys that it said were included but we used the ones off the old seat my only grumble would be the seat doesn't stay up very well when a male uses the loo ?? ... Otherwise lovely seat ..

We recently had our cloackroom refitted and the seat that was supplied with it was very poor and looked dreadful. We found plumbworld and the good selection of soft close seats, measured up and ordered this. Delivery was excellent arrived two days after placing order, well packaged, with clear instructions. Fitted easily, looks great (No more banging seats after use by teenagers) and fits well, no loose connectors. Overall we are very pleased and would use plumbworld again.

gets to the bottom of the problem

We have been struggling for years to find a toilet seat that fits the toilet bowl and remains where it was fixed without constantly having to refix and re-tighten the bolts. This product does that admirably plus it has a self closing lid which gives it a very luxurious finish. Very pleased with the purchase and the service we received from your company

My husband has been converted

Very pleased with the appearance, quality and function of the two soft close toilet seats. My husband was very sceptical at first but is now an avid user!! The fitting instructions had not been translated into English very well but I found them very easy to fit after referring to the diagram; the only problem has been the screws coming loose on a couple of occasions and I have had to re-tighten them, any tips to resolve this would be appreciated.
