Awesome product
Combine a toilet seat that doesn't stay up and therefore annoys all men with a independent 2 year old who always drops the lid with a very loud bang and it was time to get a soft close toilet seat. Best bathroom purchase in a long time! Easy to fit. Stays up, and closes without making a noise. Very comfy. Star buy! Great having all the measurements in the info. Delivered quickly, good price.

Excellent service, comfortable seat!

My seat arrived quickly but was broken in transit, so I contacted customer services. They were without doubt the best customer service department I've ever dealt with. Replies were almost instantaneous, and I was really made to feel like they cared about my custom. A new seat was sent out immediately and arrived the next day, and is brilliant.
No more sliding sideways off the loo for me, now my visits are comfortable, stable, and the soft close mean the seat never gets left up, and doesn't wake everyone up with a CLANG! in the middle of the night.

Slow closer
Pros: fits quickly/simply, good quality finish/materials, good value

A good quality replacement seat that looks great but closes a bit on the slowww side (about 30 seconds from drop to touchdown). Still, it's SO much better than it clattering down and waking up the family!
Nice semi-gloss, bright white finish and the mirror finish chrome hinges have rubber gasket for a good seal and no creaking. Fits very easily, even if the instructions are comically translated to english.

Most comfortable tooilet seat ever
This was my second item purchased and was equally as impressed, item arrived very quickly, fantastic value for money and great product, easy to fit and quite honestly the most comfortable toilet seat i have ever sat on! My girlfriend loves this seat constantly commenting how comfortable it is and it looks great, the slow close is fantastic and works excellently, no more frightening BANGS in the middle of the night when stumbling around in the dark trying not to wake others and accidently catching the seat sending it crashing down, it just closes nice and slowly in SILENCE no more dog house for me for waking 'er indoors up ;o) EXCELLENT product will never have any other sort and the after sales service was the best i've ever experienced, will definately use again for all my plumbing items. 10/10 for quality price and service!!

Brilliant service, excellent product & best toilet seat I have ever purchased (funny as it sounds!). East to fit, great finish & quality & superb value for money.
I would not consider purchasing any bathroom products from anywhere else!
