Q. What is the diameter of the pole, what is the diameter of the fixing plate?
A. Pole diameter approx 20 mm, Fixing plate 42 mm diameter.

Pros: A very versatile fitting for any angle. , Nice looking product. , So simple to fit. , Well packaged, with instructions and screws.
Cons: Sorry cant find any thats why I have now bought four.

Useful Purchase
I had a bit of difficulty finding a rail to fit round my bath and this was the perfect solution. The flexibility of the mutiple rails will help you get this round pretty much any bath.

A bit to flimsy
After cutting the rail to size and mounting it (full length and width of the bath), I soon noticed that the poles would come slowly but surely apart. More worringly the whole system was about to collapse at the bend due to the weight of the shower curtain and the distance to the fixures. A bit of tape helped stabilising the rails and avoid the poles coming apart but I still have to push them together every now and again.

CHEAP
DID WHAT IT SAID ON THE TIN. GOOD PRICE SHAME IT DIDNT COME WITH SOME CURTAIN RINGS BUTR CANT REALLY ARGUE FOR THE PRICE.
