100% (18/18) of people would recommend this
Quartz Digital is simplicity itself. It's safe, powerful, easy to use and can be installed in as little as two hours. Aqualisa has achieved the impossible.
The best selling Quartz Digital springs to life with one touch. A blue flashing light tells you when your chosen temperature has been reached and therefore when it is safe to 'step in'.
The exposed (off the wall) model is so simple to install it can take as little as two hours, which can significantly reduce installation costs. With only four screws fixing the complete system to the wall, it also minimises damage to tiling or bathroom decor.
At the heart of Quartz Digital is a 'remote' processor, which replaces the traditional valve and pump usually installed on or behind the bathroom wall.
The processor can be positioned just about anywhere - hidden under the bath, in the loft or perhaps in the airing cupboard - it is simply connected to the control by a low voltage data cable.
The processor blends the water to your selected temperature and delivers it safely to the shower head.
Suitable for conventional non pumped gravity systems with a cold water storage tank and hot water storage cylinder. About the size of a shoe box, the remotely sited Quartz Processor has an integral two speed pump to provide up to 18 litres of water a minute at the showerhead.
The unique microprocessor technology ensures that your shower is at the right temperature every time regardless of changes in incoming water temperature.
A low voltage data cable connects to the control in the showering area. The elegant control incorporates a stop/start button and a rotary control for adjusting the temperature. A red light ring flashes when the shower is warming up and remains constant when the set temperature is achieved and it is safe to step into the shower
Please Note:
This model is designed for use on a gravity fed water system as it incorporates a built-in pump for extra power. This should NOT be used on a high pressure system.
For Negative head installation the pump would have to be situated level with the bottom of the water tank or below. The shower head can be placed in any position.

Cons: List price high - look for special offers
I ordered the Aqualisa Quartz Digital shower during the afternoon for next day delivery - it arrived shortly after 10am in perfect condition. Thank you PlumbWorld for excellent service.
The shower itself is splendid - easy to install and easy to operate. Excellent water flow with superb temperature control. Its list price is high but Plumbworld had a good value special offer which made it more affordable.

Pros: Great looks & provides a great shower.
Cons: Leaky elbow joint supplied.
Looks good and compliments my shower room well. 3 days after fitting the elbow joint that was supplied leaked and water started to drip down pipe and into ceiling. This was easily fixed though by replacing this part by my plumber.
