We only installed the shower this week so can't comment on its performance over a longer period of time, but it is working fine now. If the quality is as good as the exact same Aqualisa Aquatiqe shower we have replaced, it will last for another 14 years being used at least 3 times a day. Can't say better than that for a reliable, quality product!
