You’d be forgiven for thinking that the Affine Chantelle Toilet will hit your wallet or purse hard, given the expensive looking appearance. However, this is very much a stylish yet affordable toilet, retaining the same high quality build and attention to detail that you can expect from its more expensive cousins.

Pros: Easy to fit , Stylish but at a great price
I was thrilled to see this loo on your website as it was just the style I wanted at by far the cheapest price I'd seen. It came quickly, I was given good information about the delivery and proved to be much easier to fit than my husband thought it would be. As strange as it sounds people often compliment it and assume it was very expensive. Don't worry I alway direct them straight to your website!
Pros: Quality, delivery and price.
New loo at excellent price. Prompt delivery.
Pros: All of them ,flushes brilliant, neat and compact.
This is a brilliant toilet, built very well, very neat and excellent quality, I would definitely recommend this. Fantastic price also,
Pros: 5 Star hotel quality at budget price
Cons: None really. , Seat doesn't quite cover front of bowl.
When I saw this toilet on the Plumbworld website, I could hardly believe it was true. It was exactly the design I was looking for but at such a bargain price. Was there a catch. Gladly there was not. It looks as fantastic in real life as in the picture. I did not fit it myself but had it put in by the builder who was renovating my bathroom. He didn't seem to have any problem installing it but I am not sure that I could effect any repairs myself should it become necessary in the future. How do you get at stuff? If I am really picky, the seat is a few mm short of reaching all the way to the front of the bowl but no more than in the picture. Service from Plumbworld was excellent and the delivery guy (slightly reluctantly) waited while I inspected the delivery before signing for it. Highly recommended
Pros: Fully enclosed design no unsightly pipes on show. , Tall Cistern level with wash basin giving a nice line. Soft Close Toilet Seat a very nice bonus.
Cons: Flexible connector could not bend through 90 degrees. , Hard to work under WC Pan due to Space restrictions. , Weight of Cistern & Pan hard to move into position.
The Genoa Pan & Cistern is a really smart looking WC and we are absolutely delighted with it now that it is installed. We bought the Genoa because the soil pipe in our downstairs cloakroom is situated in the concrete floor 165mm from the wall. The Genoa WC has a waste to wall distance of 210mm and therefore gave the clearance that we wanted; there are not that many products on sale that provide this clearance, look so stylish and can be bought at such a good price.
We particularly liked the fully enclosed design of the WC Pan so that there are no unsightly pipes on show. Also, the tall Cistern comes up level with the wash basin giving a nice line to the whole installation. The Soft Close Toilet Seat included in the deal was a very nice bonus as they can be very expensive if bought separately.
The flexible soil pipe connector provided was not useable in our case as it could not bend through the 90 degree angle required in the space available and prevented the WC Pan from being pushed flush to the wall by over 30mm. In the end a solid 90 degree connector was selected that gave the required clearances for a snug fit with a generous spray of silicone lubricant on the mating parts.
The enclosed design of the WC Pan did cause some installation difficulties. Firstly, it is advisable to connect the water supply pipe before the Cistern is bolted into place on the WC Pan as the space restrictions prevent any attempt to do so afterwards. Secondly, the Cistern has to be attached to the WC Pan before it is pushed against the wall which makes for a very heavy weight to push/shove/lift into position. Thirdly, trying to get the washers and wing nuts onto the Cistern fixing bolts was really hard work due to the very limited access space under the Pan.
We would definitely recommend the Genoa to others as none of the above difficulties are really major and it really does look good when installed.
