1st Class Purchase
Pros: good description for items, great after sales, great service, well packaged
My Shower head collapsed whilst I was taking a shower, and as it wasn't the kind you could buy at a any plumb centre I got on the internet (no shower for several days did not bear thinking about). I put the shower details into the search engine and it brought up a couple of sites that sold them. I chose plumbworld due to the detailing for the part and new immediatley it was the correct one. I had my shower head within 2 days. The service level I received was brilliant. Would recommed to everybody and will shop there again for future items.
