This is not a complaint, but quite the opposite! I know that it's not as common to receive praise, but I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for the excellent service and the taps I recently took delivery of. I have fitted the bath taps, and they look great, the action is smooth, and the quality seems to be very high. They certainly finish off the new bath, and I am sure that the basin taps will do the same. Thanks again, and rest assured that I will recommend you and use you again for any further jobs.
