I am very pleased with the Mira Element shower although it hasn't been fully installed yet. However, with regard to the customer service this has been excellent. I tentatively ordered the shower online in the afternoon and it was delivered the following morning. This is impressive. Providing the shower works when installed I will be very pleased. I will give you an update when the works have been completed. I'm sorry that I am unable to give you more detailed feedback that you deserve at this time. I am very stressed at the moment dealing with another supplier that clearly has not met your service standards. I will certainly recommend your company to friends, family and colleagues. I will update you in a few weeks by which time the work should be completed.
